Preparing for the Buzzy New Year’s Eve party a few weeks back, Capt. Greg Madjeski and Pat Guy prepped the oysters to be served later in the evening. Chief Larry filmed the following and suggested we do it as a Buzzy Podcast.
They prepped the oysters in one of the Buzzy apartments that was vacant at the time. Here is a quick, 13 minute behind-the-scenes look at how that went.

Pat Guy’s oysters on the half shell recipe consists of bacon, onions, American cheese and a ” shot of Tabasco.” My son Brady’s “Oysters Ridgell” recipe calls for melted butter, lemon juice, parm cheese, oregano, minced onions and a small square of cheddar cheese.
Where is Weird Al when you need him? He could pose as a short order cook and do this Blue Oyster Cult tune as “I’m Fryin’ for You.”
