The Atlanta Falcons’ owner Arthur Blank moved quickly in hiring Kevin Stefanski as his new head coach (as opposed to the Ravens who are now up to 17 interviewees for their vacancy and taking their sweet time in doing it.*
As for how Stefanski became the Falcolns’ coach, the story behind Atlanta’s selection process has their owner Blank grilling up some rib eyes for dinner with Stefanski to seal the deal.
Note – I am betting that Mr. Blank got that grill from Home Depot!

*The Ravens’ are taking so long due primarily to some NFL rule prohibiting the interviewing of coaches and assistants who are members of teams still playing. One of the Ravens’ main candidates that they are interested in is Jesse Minter, assistant coach for the Chargers who lost to the Patriots in the Wild Card round. Reportedly, they want to interview a couple other guys whose teams are still playing. Hey Steve (as in Ravens’ owner Bisciotti) get that grill ready!
