Without trying to sound too braggadocios (a word that I have never before used) when I saw the following, my first thought was “Been to all of ’em. Guess that I am way above average on at least one of life’s metrics!”

I have hit all 20 of these cities mostly because 15 of them have a MLB baseball team. My son Brady and I have been to all 32 MLB stadiums and then some that were closed and replaced with newer ones. Brady and I are now working on knocking out the 32 NFL venues.
Interesting NFL factoid for you – since 2011, when Pittsburgh beat the NY Jets in the AFC Championship game, either New England or Kansas City have been in every AFC championship game (click here.) Between the two of them, they only lost 4 times in that span – KC once to the Bengals in 2022, and NE once to the Ravens in 2012 and twice to Denver (2014 and 2016.) Both times NE lost to Denver those games were in Denver at their home field Mile High Stadium. (See where I am going with this? In the upcoming game this Sunday, Denver is a home dog getting 5 points playing NE. To paraphrase Michael Buffer “Let’s get ready to gambullll!!!”
Back to Stadiums, Brady and have been to both of the host teams in Seattle and Denver. Ironically, we have not been to LA’s SoFi nor to New England’s Gillette Stadiums. However, if that ref up in the big skybox will allow me just a little extra playing time here on earth, my plan is to visit to visit both of them soon.
Music-wise, when I looked up braggadocios to make sure that it was a real word (and how it was spelled!) I found this:

It had me at “feminine mystique” and thus led me to this tune which is so repetitious I could only make it half way thru it. Plus there was the fact that I don’t really think she is actually talking about milkshakes here. See what you think:
P.S. Just because I think conspiracy stuff – doesn’t it seem a little odd, suspicious maybe, that with all of this nasty weather barreling down the pike on most of the US this weekend, the sites of the two NFL Championship games by comparison look pretty good weather-wise? How did the NFL arrange/manage that? And with everyone snowed in elsewhere, bet that these two playoff games will be among the most highly watched in the T-V ratings history (providing the power doesn’t go out during the games!)
