Lots of coffee-related songs, but Bob and Emmy Lou have the definitive and best one. Bob in love, disenchanted and wanting to leave, but reluctant to do so before he has one more cup of coffee.
Bottom line – I do think Bob eventually made the right move if he skedalled after he finished up that last cup of coffee. Sounds to me like his lady friend and her whole family were, how you say, very free spirited and maybe a tad too overwhelming. Say goodbye Bob and go find someone else to drink coffee with.
