Speaking of Joe, for me the hi lite of the day, albeit a bitter sweet one, occurred when Joe arrived bringing Bart’s Cobra. I had contacted Bart’s wife Gina a few weeks ago about having the Cobra make an appearance. She asked Joe to get it started and bring it down. Joe said that Bart’s flannel shirt was still in the car.
Too, it was Buzzy’s birthday and he would have been 91. Polock led everyone in a Happy Birthday Buzzy rendition at the night’s end. Brian summed it up nicely:
